2016: bottled water

Chico State Students for Sustainable Hydration is encouraging our University to take the next step in becoming a sustainable campus by halting its sale of single use bottled water on our campus. Bottled water is more than 1,000 times the cost of tap water. Students at Chico State should not have to pay for water when we have it available for free. With the recent installation of the new water refill stations, free, clean, filtered water will be easily available for all students to access. Your vote in favor of halting the sale of this environmentally damaging product is an action you as an individual can take to promote a cleaner world and a greener campus.
